The exhibition has gathered together more than 100 advertising posters published between 1920 and 1940.

Italian Publicity 1920 1940 The exhibition has gathered together more than 100 advertising posters published between 1920 and 1940. Posters were one of the most stimulating fields for research and experimentation of the era. Innovation in graphics attracted the most important artists of the early 20th century from Adolfo Wild to Duilio Cambellotti, from the futurists Balla, Depero and Prampolini to Mario Sironi and Lucio Fontana.

New illustrative forms, original lettering and the atypical colour schemes of some of the most famed Italian illustrators of the day like Leonetto Cappiello, Marcello Dudovich and Gino Boccasile are juxtaposed with a rich documentation of texts, magazines and illustrated books.
